Night & sleep-in care
Overnight or live-in support, with structured handovers and regular nursing reviews.
Clinical nursing
Wound care, medication management, catheter care and vital signs, done by a registered nurse.
Companion care
Calm, respectful company for people who spend long stretches of the day on their own.
Rehabilitation & children's care
Home-based support for people recovering, and for children living with disability.

How it works
From first call to care in place
-
Referral or enquiry
Families, hospitals, GPs and frail care teams can all refer. We respond the same day.
-
Clinical assessment
Sister Sinta assesses at home, in hospital or in a care facility, then writes a structured care plan.
-
Care team matching
We match a carer to the needs in that plan. You meet them and approve them before care begins.
-
Formal handover
Where someone is coming out of hospital or frail care, we take a proper handover so nothing gets dropped.
-
Ongoing oversight
Regular nursing and medical reviews, with updates to the family as things change.
